I give Woodridge 5 stars because I lived here in 2 different apts since 2006 and it’s been a very peaceful and respectful ... safe environment compared to my previous apt in MPLS (where I was constantly harassed and bothered by unfriendly neighbors, harsh inner city people and landlords who didn’t respect me or provide me any kind of safety from harm). Thankfully, Woodridge has been a save haven for me as a single woman living on my own. Even when my ex and I split during the middle of our lease, my landlord Stacy kindly offered me my own apt so I could stay and recover my own life. The staff have always been so kind and supportive with me and making sure I felt safe and secure here. They were always quick to respond to my requests and even at times helpful in maintaining my safety here as a tenant. Living in Eagan in this neighborhood and in this complex has been a very healthy and safe positive experience for me. Above all, I look for safety and mutual respect from neighbors and landlords. I definitely have it here at Woodridge! And the amenities are great too! Thanks Woodridge for being so great to me all these years! I am approaching my 3rd year at Woodridge. I have zero plans to move. The cost is unbeatable. We live in an updated 3-bedroom. ... Great space. Yeah, you sometimes hear your neighbors. Yeah, you can't chose those neighbors. But I've never had a specific problem with any other resident here. And Misty and Stacey in the office are seriously really great. Giant parking lot. Best bang for your buck in Eagan. Great location in-between Hwy 13 and 35E. Our apartment is huge! We got updated appliances, ... new carpet and cabinet doors when we moved in. The building received new washers and dryers recently. Parking garage is very clean, and there is a TON of parking available in the lot. The staff is great, too. They'll know your name in no time, and they really do care. We have been here since July 2016 and have no reason whatsoever to call anywhere else home. I lived here for 3 years and I enjoyed it a lot. I would still be living here if I could afford a 1 bedroom by myself. Reading ... some of the bad reviews makes me wonder what people expect coming from an apartment complex. I see complaints about noise, obviously there will be noise at an apartment. I have lived here for 5 months. I came from owning my own home and living in the country. I have been pleasantly surprised ... all around. The staff is friendly and available, the maintenance dept. is extremely fast and knowledgeable. The apartment is nice and the area is convenient especially since the new shopping area was built.The underground parking is awesome. The apartment is generally well cared for, with everything at a functional level and some things at a really great level. Our unit is really great for the price. I have had a few minor repairs completed in my appartment but the maintenance guys are fast and get the job done right! I ... think all of the staff in the office are great too very cirtious. If I were to make any critiques it would be about the cleaning crew. My appartment was not very clean the day I moved in I basically redid everything. Our common areas such as the enterances, laundry room and hallways need more attention then they get now it can be embarassing to bring guest over when they don't want to hit the elevator button because it's filthy. My husband and I will have spent one year at Woodridge and we really enjoyed it. We lived on the first floor and the only ... complaint that we had was that we lived next to the workout room which could be loud at weird times of night, and we could hear our neighbors above us pretty clearly, but overall we loved living here. There is a family-like feel that we had with many of our neighbors, who were always willing to help out or just chat with you! The staff is helpful and friendly. Any question we had they would answer quickly and efficiently. We also really have appreciated the maintenance staff and all their hard work. Any problem we had was fixed quickly and correctly. We liked that we had a parking space in the garage, and that we never had to fight for outside parking with our other vehicle. We bought a puppy during our time with Woodridge and were so appreciative of the compassion and help that the staff showed. This is a very dog friendly apartment and I would encourage that if you like dogs, or have a dog, to call this place your home. The staff here truly cares about the property and the people that live here. The management has their doors always open to ... hear suggestions or resolve problems. Stacey Miller our property manager is incredible. She wants to hear from people no matter what the issue is and she does resolve the issues extremely fast or if you just want to stop in and chat. Our maintenance people are very knowledgeable and repair things fast and correctly the first time. In the last year there have been so many improvements. One such improvement is they are replacing windows and patio doors and they are absolutely fantastic. The windows reduce the noise and keep heat in when it’s cold. I love the community atmosphere. We have Christmas parties and assorted other parties. The amenities are great. We have a super clean and warm pool, exercise room is clean and has a variety of machines and there is a play room for little kids. It’s a family friendly building and I feel the people here watch out for each other. Thank you Stuart Co for turning this building around 100% since you took over. Maintenance: Not long ago my kitchen range died and a newer one was delivered. Works Great! However, It was deeper than the ... original and the result was I could not get into the kitchen corner storage cabinets under the counter. Mike figured out what hinges would work best and removed and reinstalled the cabinet doors so that they worked as a single unit. Result: I am now able to enter the cabinets as needed. Great Job. Thank you Mike!!! Also Tsegay made repairs in the guest bath. We had what looked like rust leaking from in between the tiles outside of the tub and from behind the woodwork next to the floor He removed the woodwork, painted the wall with mold killing paint, re-caulked and resealed the tile involved. It looks like new. Thank you, Tsegay! All three maintenance people at Woodridge are good at what they do, they clean up their repair messes and are nice people.
