Look no further

I am approaching my 3rd year at Woodridge. I have zero plans to move. The cost is unbeatable. We live in an updated 3-bedroom. Great space. Yeah, you sometimes hear your neighbors. Yeah, you can't chose those neighbors. But I've never had a specific problem with any other resident here. And Misty and Stacey in the office are seriously really great. Giant parking lot. Wooded space, lots of sidewalks and paths to walk and explore. And Eagan! A+ crime area. Affordable housing in a safe area? Sold and sold.

Woodridge Apartments (Eagan MN)

I have just renewed my 2nd year lease here. I love the atmosphere; the staff are friendly and helpful, the residents are friendly and the area is great! There are lots of parks and shops near by as well. The building is very well maintained and clean. I feel comfortable and at home here; which is great as this is my first home away from home.

The best EVER!!

My livingroom AC went out and I put in a work order. Mike and Vincent had a replacement installed within 2 hrs! I have lived here for 6 yrs and the Woodridge staff have always been great to me, and I appreciate them so much. They are the BEST.

HOME

I have lived here for 5 months. I came from owning my own home and living in the country. I have been pleasantly surprised all around. The staff is friendly and available, the maintenance dept. is extremely fast and knowledgeable. The apartment is nice and the area is convenient especially since the new shopping area was built.The underground parking is awesome. I feel safe walking in the area but more importantly I feel safe in my apartment and it feels like home. I wish there was an indoor pool!

Outstanding Office and Maintenance Staff - very friendly

The only downside is I can hear the guy above me get out of his squeaky chair. The nasty order of the hallway, new carpet and paint MAY help.

All around satisfied!

I have lived in this complex for a little over a month now and I could not be more satisfied with my decision. The location is wonderful, the parking is plentiful, the complex has very nice/ quiet/ respectful residents, and the staff is wonderful; they work hard and are very time efficient and pleasant to be around. Every one on the board goes above and beyond to help you and to make sure your sated with everything. Thank you Woodridge!

Great Place to Live!

We have lived in Woodridge for two years, and we love many things about it. The maintenance and office staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. The apartment is generally well cared for, with everything at a functional level and some things at a really great level. Our unit is really great for the price. The location is awesome, with access to major roads, a quick walk to Eagan Community Center, and a short drive to great restaurants. A wide variety of people from many different backgrounds lives here, and everyone is friendly to one another. Overall, no complaints - it's been a good two years!

Best staff EVER

We have lived in Woodridge for almost 5 years and love it. The building is clean, the grounds well-kept, and the staff is THE BEST. They have taken excellent care of us ever since we moved in; they are friendly and personable, and we never feel that they don't care.

Maintenance is awesome!

I have had a few minor repairs completed in my appartment but the maintenance guys are fast and get the job done right! I think all of the staff in the office are great too very cirtious. If I were to make any critiques it would be about the cleaning crew. My appartment was not very clean the day I moved in I basically redid everything. Our common areas such as the enterances, laundry room and hallways need more attention then they get now it can be embarassing to bring guest over when they don't want to hit the elevator button because it's filthy. The lawn and pool area, however, are beautiful and we'll maintained.

Comfortable

"There are many things I love about this apartment. The open space, dog run, garbage shoot, friendly staff, etc. I love living here. Most of the neighbors are very friendly a handful of them are a little sketchy domestic issues, creepy guys that make you feel uncomfortable. No matter where you live you’ll always have a little of that. Overall I highly recommend Woodridge Apartments. It is a beautiful, nice, clean, safe place to live."

Home is Where You Feel Like a Family

I have never in my life lived where I felt that I belong. The sense of family and community are perfect for my daughter and I. The entire staff are helpful and friendly. Honestly if you’re looking for a nice place to call home, this is the place for you. At times the hallways are a bit smelly from the animals, but as soon as you call, it’s taken care of. Yes you can hear your neighbors at time. But just normal for apartments. Very safe, secure and otherwise quiet.

Decent

For the price and area, it is a nice place to live. Management has always been very friendly. No real issues with any neighbors other than you can hear almost everything. Building tends to be smelly from animals and needs to be kept cleaner in the hallways but again, it’s not a bad place for the price. Been drama free, crime free, residents and management are friendly.

Great Place to Live

My husband and I will have spent one year at Woodridge and we really enjoyed it. We lived on the first floor and the only complaint that we had was that we lived next to the workout room which could be loud at weird times of night, and we could hear our neighbors above us pretty clearly, but overall we loved living here. There is a family-like feel that we had with many of our neighbors, who were always willing to help out or just chat with you! The staff is helpful and friendly. Any question we had they would answer quickly and efficiently. We also really have appreciated the maintenance staff and all their hard work. Any problem we had was fixed quickly and correctly. We liked that we had a parking space in the garage, and that we never had to fight for outside parking with our other vehicle. We bought a puppy during our time with Woodridge and were so appreciative of the compassion and help that the staff showed. This is a very dog friendly apartment and I would encourage that if you like dogs, or have a dog, to call this place your home. Thank you Woodridge for the last year, and helping us call this complex our home!

The Property is Fine, Can be a Quiet Area

I like living here, the view i have from my apartment is nice during the summer and fall. I like the area. Its a cozy little place for my boyfriend and I. Although those who have pets are not very good at cleaning up after them when taken outside, even with the trash bag area near them for convenience. Otherwise i have zero complaints from this property.

I Love Living At Woodridge

The staff here truly cares about the property and the people that live here. The management has their doors always open to hear suggestions or resolve problems. Stacey Miller our property manager is incredible. She wants to hear from people no matter what the issue is and she does resolve the issues extremely fast or if you just want to stop in and chat. Our maintenance people are very knowledgeable and repair things fast and correctly the first time. In the last year there have been so many improvements. One such improvement is they are replacing windows and patio doors and they are absolutely fantastic. The windows reduce the noise and keep heat in when it’s cold. I love the community atmosphere. We have Christmas parties and assorted other parties. The amenities are great. We have a super clean and warm pool, exercise room is clean and has a variety of machines and there is a play room for little kids. It’s a family friendly building and I feel the people here watch out for each other. Thank you Stuart Co for turning this building around 100% since you took over. I am PROUD to call Woodridge my home and I would recommend it to all my friends.

Responsive to Issues

At move in, we were unhappy with the condition of the Carpet. Within a couple days, the Staff had sent a professional out to investigate. The carpet was completely replaced by lunch the same day the carpet professional surveyed. The Staff is responsive, and friendly–the experience has been great so far!

We Love Living Here!

We have lived here for 2 years and really love our home. Our apt. is spacious, the noise level isn’t bad, people are friendly and the staff, from office to maintenance is most excellent. Great Place to Live

Maintenance: Not long ago my kitchen range died and a newer one was delivered. Works Great! However, It was deeper than the original and the result was I could not get into the kitchen corner storage cabinets under the counter. Mike figured out what hinges would work best and removed and reinstalled the cabinet doors so that they worked as a single unit. Result: I am now able to enter the cabinets as needed. Great Job. Thank you Mike!!! Also Tsegay made repairs in the guest bath. We had what looked like rust leaking from in between the tiles outside of the tub and from behind the woodwork next to the floor He removed the woodwork, painted the wall with mold killing paint, re-caulked and resealed the tile involved. It looks like new. Thank you, Tsegay! All three maintenance people at Woodridge are good at what they do, they clean up their repair messes and are nice people. Please do everything possible to keep them at Woodridge. We are lucky to have all three of them. Thank you.

My wife and I have lived here for over three years now and no reasons or plans to leave soon. The staff is always pleasant and very attentive. Quiet. Dog Friendly

Its decent. Overpriced for what you get. Only reason I live here is they are dog friendly.

Great Apartments for the Price

It’s a pretty nice place with few annoyances, great staff, and in general everything about it seems quite reliable. My biggest complaint is that the hallways are kinda depressing, which could be solved with some new carpet and paint. (I recommend keeping one side of the hallways white, and the other side some sort of nice, modern color.)

Subject: Heather -in the office She is a jewel. Ask her anything. If she does not know she will find out if at all possible. I wanted to submit a review on the maintenance personnel extraordinaire and she printed out the information to make it easy to complete. Keep her her at Woodridge. Thanks!

Improving Constantly, Terrific Maintenance People, Beautiful

Subject: Maintenance Personnel – Mike, Berhane & Tsegay Give them a raise. All are helpful, neat, and knowledgeable. Not only do they do their jobs admirably, all three of them are friendly and attend to the “little” things that make life more enjoyable for the tenants. They really care about how their work is accomplished. I don’t know where you found such good people, but thanks.

Very Friendly Staff, Seem To Be On Top Of Every Issue Quickl

So far I am very pleased! The staff is great and very proffessional. They make everything easy for you. It’s located in a very nice area and the apartments are very big and maintained.

Comfortable, Good Crew, Friendly

Woodridge is more like a home – trees, grass, etc. Someone like you will be a friend at this location. Response to maintenance needs are very good.
