Two animals per unit allowed
$200 pet deposit / $200 cat approval fee / $245 dog approval fee(non-refundable)
Pet rent: $20/month for cats $30/month for dogs

Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Dogo Argentino, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Perro de Presa Canario, and Cane Corso
